The following items are included in the fee «Full participation»:
Attendance at all sessions, accommodation for five nights in a single room, incl. breakfast, excl. extras like telephone etc. (arrival: August 7, 2004; departure: August 12, 2004), final programme, abstract book, proceedings, welcome party (August 7, 2004) and conference dinner (August 11, 2004) as well as coffee breaks, lunch, supper (August 8-11; August 10: excl. supper), and soft drinks at the meals.
There are only a limited number of rooms available at the conference venue. Alternatively we will book participants at the Hotel IBIS Spandau. For participants staying at the Hotel-IBIS-Spandau a daily bus transfer to the conference site will be available. The reservation of hotel rooms will be made according the registration and in the order of receipt of payment.
Please consider, that a booking of single nights is not possible.

Attendance at the welcome party (August 7, 2004) and the conference dinner (August 11, 2004), accommodation for five nights in a double room with a participant of the conference, incl. breakfast, excl. extras like telephone etc. (arrival: August 7, 2004; departure: August 12, 2004). Coffee breaks, lunch, supper (August 8-11; August 10: excl. supper) and soft drinks at the meals will be included as well.

Registration
To register, please click here or return registration form (download) by May 31, 2004 at the latest to CTW. After receipt of payment of the registration fees, you will receive a written confirmation from CTW.
Please note: All amounts are payable in Euro. All bank charges must be paid by the participant. Please quote the name of the participant on every giro transfer form. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names. The congress fees can also be paid by credit card. Visa and Euro-/Mastercard will be accepted.
Please note: Only money transfers until June 15, 2004 can be accepted. In case we will not have received any payment until June 15, 2004 your registration will be cancelled and will not be taken into account any further.
Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted in written form only and should be directed to CTW (address: please see above or e-mail to: anja.roeder@ctw-congress.de). Cancellations received before June 15, 2004 will be refunded less a processing fee of EUR 50,00 (accompanying persons EUR 25,00). Cancellations received before July 20, 2004 will be refunded less 50%. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to any refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Liability
Neither the organiser nor CTW GmbH is liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
