This location is a well-equipped, professional and very
pleasant congress centre located in a park area in the
north of Berlin (near the centre of the city). The congress
centre at the Hotel Christophorus Haus provides a large
lecture hall plus accommodation and meals.
Public
busses and subways to the centre of Berlin,
Berlin-Tegel airport, Berlin train stations and to
sightseeing locations can easily be reached from the hotel.
The congress centre does not only provide congress facilities,
but also the opportunity for swimming (indoor and outdoor),
sauna, and bicycle renting. Nearby you can recover from
lectures and discussions also by playing tennis, squash or
badminton.
Participants of the conference and their registered
accompanying persons will have the chance to use the
swimming pool and the sauna at the conference site exempt
from charges.
There are rooms available directly at the conference
venue, at the Hotel Chistophorus-Haus as well as at the
Hotel Ibis Spandau. From the Hotel Ibis Spandau you can
reach the Christophorus-Haus by public transfer (bus 145)
in approx. 15 min. The Ibis Spandau is situated very
close to the old town of Spandau, directly at the
underground station of Bahnhof Spandau (intercity railway).
The reservation of hotel rooms will be made in the order
of receipt of payment. The first 100 participants will be
accomodated at the conference venue Hotel
Christophorus-Haus. All other participants will reside at
the Ibis Spandau.
